The Port of Bellingham, Wash. has entered into a shipping terminal management agreement with Bellingham Warehouse and Distributing Company.
Under the agreement, Bellingham Warehouse and Distributing Company will be responsible for all the on-site handling of cargo and will assume the billing for those services, as well as other day-to-day operational issues.
